This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for the Talent Betty platform (“Talent Betty”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Because Talent Betty operates on a usage‑based billing model, all charges are calculated based on the actual usage recorded during each billing cycle.

1. Usage‑Based Billing

Talent Betty charges customers based on the amount of usage generated during the billing period. Usage may include, but is not limited to:

• Platform activity
• Credits consumed
• Automated processes triggered by the customer
• Any metered features defined in the customer’s plan

All usage is tracked automatically and billed at the end of each billing cycle.
